O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court on 14.10.2015 in Crl.OP.No.25356 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, Mr.S.E.Sardar, Inspector of Police, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Tiruvelankadu Circle. Tiruvallur District, is present.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 14.10.2015 in Crl.OP.No.25356 of 2015 has been complied with, inasmuch as the closure report was served on the petitioner on 03.7.2016. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also produced a copy of the closure report, in which, the petitioner has signed for having received the same on 03.7.2016. However, another photocopy of the closure report is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
