ORDER
The second defendant in O.S.No.46 of 2013 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Kancheepuram has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time. 2.The respondents herein filed a suit in O.S.No.46 of 2013 for declaration and for partition. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the suit was filed in the year 2013 and the defendants filed the written statement in the suit, the trial Court has not disposed of the suit till this date. Further, the learned counsel submitted that in view of the long pendency of the matter, the defendants are put to hardship and prejudice. 3.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the learned II Additional District Judge, Kancheepuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.
order.
4.With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
