ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the records.
2. The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the wife in O.P.No.870 of 2021 seeking divorce from the respondent herein. 1/4
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that originally, O.P.No.759 of 2016 was filed before the Sub Court, Tambaram and subsequently, the same is transferred to the Court of Alandur in the year 2021 and thereby, it was re-numbered as O.P.No.870 of 2021. The respondent has filed counter, and O.P is posted for enquiry. It is submitted that the respondent has been successfully dragging on the matter and harassing the petitioner for the last few years.

Considering the said circumstances as submitted, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction that the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur is directed to dispose of O.P.No.870 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
