The learned counsel for both the parties submitted that they have no objection to hear both the H.M.O.P.No.258 of 2014 pending before the I Additional Family Court at Chennai and M.C.No.21 of

2015 pending on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, together and made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by learned counsel for both the parties, this M.C.No.21 of 2015 is suo motu withdrawn from the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and transferred to the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.258 of 2014.

3.With the above direction, without deciding on merits, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 18.12.2017 Internet: Yes/No Index: Yes/No gsa
