ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order dated 17.03.2015 passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Kallakurichi, in I.A.No.315 of 2015 in O.S.No.77 of 2010, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner for filing additional written statement.

The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the main suit itself disposed of and therefore nothing survive in this petition.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous . There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
