When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with and she produced a copy of the Acknowledgment made by the Petitioners in receipt of pension arrears. 3.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioners are still aggrieved, it is open to them to put forth their grievance in the manner known to law.
