Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 14.11.2017 made in E.P.No.01/2016-2017 issued by the 1st respondent under Rule 126 of the TNCS Rules 1988, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to defer the sale proceedings till the disposal of our claim petition dated 18.12.2017 filed under Rule 135 of the Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Rules, 1988.
