O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.05.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 394, @ 397 IPC, in Crime No.791 of 2020, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners on the date of occurrence had trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant, assaulted her with screw driver and coconut, caused injuries and committed a theft of gold ear rings. three rings and a cash of Rs.5,000/-. The victim also sustained injuries and lost five teeth.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the blood stained shirts of the petitioners and the blood stained saree of the defacto complainant were sent to the lab for chemical analysis and the report is awaited. He would further submit that investigation is at a nascent stage.

5.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
