No.29, Haddows Road, Chennai-600 006 Rs.5889.20 Rs.9,77,607.20/- Total Rs.13,34,383.00/- This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioners who are the daughters and sons of late P.Rajammal who died intestate on 24.12.2013 seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of late P.Rajammal.
2. The 2nd petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of P.Rajammal as Ex.P1 that of her husband L.Ramalingam as Ex.P2. From the death certificate, it is seen that P.Rajammal died on 24.12.2013 and her husband L.Ramalingam predeceased on 12.12.1994. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P3. Necessary Publication has been made and no objections have been received.
3. A perusal of Ex.P3 would show that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased P.Rajammal and her husband predeceased her.
4. In view of the said evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners.
