ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 09.09.2014 passed in W.P.No.18336 of 2012. 2.

This matter came up for consideration on earlier occasion i.e.,on 30.10.2024 and Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned Government Advocate, placed before this Court, a copy of the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.366/A3/2004 dated 25.10.2024 purported to be an order passed in compliance with the order passed in the main writ petition. This Court adjourned the matter to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to verify the same. 3.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate placed before this Court, proceedings dated 08.11.2024 and also, the Letter, dated 07.11.2024, issued by the petitioner acknowledging the receipt of various amount from the respondents. 4.

In view of the same, this Court does not see any reason to continue the contempt proceedings any further. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the orders passed by the respondents or with the amounts that 2/4

were already paid to the petitioner, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
