ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 26.03.2021 for the offence under Sections 376, 417 of IPC in Cr.No.2 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner promised to marry the defacto complainant and had physical contact and thereafter refused to marry her.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Heard the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

5.Considering the nature of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
