ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, and also to issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner, based on the proceedings of the 2nd respondent, dated 08.07.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had given a representation dated 23.06.2025 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Subsequently, the 2nd respondent by his proceedings dated 08.07.2025, directed the respondents 3 and 4 to conduct survey within one week. According to the petitioner, despite the same, the respondents have not conducted the survey and demarcation of the subject property. In those circumstances, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, which the petitioner claims that it is owned by him, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party whom they deem fit and thereafter, issue a separate patta to the petitioner, if he is entitled to be issued, in his name for the subject property.

Accordingly, this Court directs the respondents 3 and 4 to complete the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the proceedings of the 2nd respondent, dated 08.07.2025, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the respondents 3 and 4 deem it fit to enquire. Thereafter, if the petitioner is found to be eligible, the 3rd respondent shall issue a separate patta for the sub-divided property in favour of the petitioner. The respondents 3 and 4 are directed to complete the aforesaid exercise, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
