PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned XVII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.13 of 2019 dated 14.03.2019 against the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned XII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.266 of 2019 dated 02.03.2019.

ORDER

The learned counsel undertakes to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal pending on the file of the learned XII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the above Civil Revision Petition. However, considering the fact that the suits O.S.No.647 of 2018 and O.S.No.266 of 2019 are before the learned XII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, and in the suit O.S.No.647 of 2018, Written Statement has been filed. In the present suit, Written Statement has to be filed.

This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The learned XII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the suits by 31.08.2019. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
