ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 307, 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.406 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with the other two accused joined together and attacked the defato complainant and his son with knife and caused injuries.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that two previous cases are pending against the petitioner and injured persons is still in the hospital for taking treatment.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner and injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
