O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today for consideration, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in pursuant to the order dated 28.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7670 of 2020 passed by this Court, these cases have been transferred to the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Organised Crime, Salem Unit. He would further submit that the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8689 of 2020 was arrested on 19.05.2020 and the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9730 of 2020 was arrested on 02.05.2020 and the investigation is in preliminary stage and these petitioners have also not impleaded the respondents who are conducting investigation now.

2.At this juncture, learned counsels appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to file a fresh application before the concerned Court below by impleading the present respondents.

3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions so made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this court is inclined to dismiss these petitions.

4.In the result, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a fresh petition before the appropriate Court below impleading the respondents who are conducting investigation at present. -sd/- 08/07/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
