Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police, daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.868/2021 order dated 15.02.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19446 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C. PALANISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.868 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19446 of 2020, dated 15.02.2021 is modified and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
