This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 07.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19534 of 2021, thereby directing the respondents to update the subject land in the computer and conduct an enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the counter claimants, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in respect of issuance of transfer of patta, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent conducted enquiry and passed orders on 18.07.2023. He also produced a copy of the order dated 18.07.2023 before this Court. 3.
