The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that by mistake a wrong copy of the reply statement was filed along with the application in A.No.1897 of 2023. Therefore, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application with correct copy of the reply statement. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel, leave is granted. The application in A.No.1897 of 2023 is dismissed with liberty to file fresh application.
