ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to make the necessary entries in the UDR , 'A' Register and other revenue records pertaining to the subject property based on the report that has already been submitted by the 3 rd respondent through proceedings dated 04.12.2023.

2.Heard Mr.J.Pradeep, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathih, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.

3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the name was wrongly mentioned during the UDR Scheme, leading to a property dispute and taking note of the proceedings of the rd respondent dated 04.12.2023, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the 5 th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
