C.R.P. (PD) No.1287 of 2019 C.R.P.(PD) No.1287 of 2019 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This court, by order dated 03.04.2019 disposed of the above said revision petition with a direction to the court below to dispose of the petition in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2013 on or before 30.06.2019.

2. At the request of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, by way of letter dated 17.10.2019, seeking extension of time to dispose of the original petition, this revision petition is listed again before this court for appropriate orders.

3. I have gone through the said letter and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further two months time is granted to dispose of the Rent Control Original Petition.
