CR.NO.71/2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by its order dated 09.03.2022 made in Crl.O.P.5471 of 2022 viz, the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating Officer daily at 10.30a.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SATHISH RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.5471 of 2022 dated 09.03.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
