This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, Order or direction, in the nature of a Writ, and to consider the petitioner's representation given to the respondents 1 and 2 on 09.06.2015 in respect of Fruit & Fruit Juice Stall (S.17) P.F.No.1 & 2 Catering and Travelling Amenities Trolleys (T.11 T.12 T.13) and Sweet Trolley (T.18) at Villupuram Railway Station.

C O M M O N O R D E R By consent, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal and as the facts pleaded and the submissions made are one and the same, all these writ petitions are disposed of by a common order.
2. Heard the submissions of Mr.(Prof.) M.Udaya Bhanu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.P.T.Ram Kumar, learned standing counsel, appearing for the respondents/Southern Railways, who on instructions would submit that the licence granted to the respective petitioners have been extended to a further period of
six months subject to certain conditions and one of the conditions is that they should pay the licence fee on or before 25.06.2015.
3. In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions, as on today and therefore, all these writ petitions are closed. No costs.
