JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBBIAH, J.) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 06.07.2012 made in W.P.No.5342 of 2006.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants would submit that the writ appeal has become infructuous as the order of the learned single Judge has been complied with. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants, the writ appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
