This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that no case is pending against the petitioner as of now on the file of the third respondent and the third respondent is not harassing the petitioner.
