The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.20 of 2019 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.20 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 and 120 B of IPC, has been completed and the final report is made ready. He would submit that the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of three months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.20 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
