The petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.726 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Villupuram, along with that petition, he has filed certain documents. The petitioner made a copy application before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Villupuram for certified copy of those documents and the same has been rejected. Challenging the said rejection order, the petitioner is before this Court.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he needs certified copy of those documents for prosecuting another case. However, on a perusal of the copy application, it is seen that the petitioner is seeking certified copies of documents. He is also seeking certified copy of xerox copies of documents. 3.In Law, only certified copy of original documents can be furnished and there cannot be a certified copy of a certified copy. That apart, these documents were not even marked before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the trial Court. Hence, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, warranting interference and this petition is dismissed.
