2006-07 and publish the first year results as per the order passed in WP.No.4148 of 2008 dated 03.04.2008, so as to enable the students to sit for ensuing second year examination. WP.No.22966 of 2010:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to publish the I and II year results of D.T.Ed course underwent by the petitioners in the fourth respondent institute for the academic year 2006-08 and consequently direct the respondents to issue I and II year mark sheets diploma certificate and grade sheet to the petitioners.
