ORDER
(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing") The present Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order of dismissal dated 30.03.2016 made in I.A.No.91 of 2015 in O.S.No.19 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Chengalpattu, which is filed 1/3
under Section 10 of C.P.C. read with Section 151 of C.P.C., to stay the entire suit proceedings till the finality reached in C.R.P.No.1279 of 2010 filed by the petitioners.
2.On verification, it is seen that the said C.R.P.No.1279 of 2010 is dismissed for default on 26.09.2019 itself and hence, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.19 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
