The petitioner in the Original Petition in O.P.No.63 of 2011 has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial Court to dispose of the Original Petition within the stipulated time. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the Original Petition in O.P.No.63 of 2011 for
divorce. The learned counsel further submitted that though the petitioner has filed the Original Petition in the year 2011, the trial Court has not disposed of the same yet. The learned counsel also submitted that the trial has already commenced before the trial Court. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Sub Court, Chengalpet, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.63 of 2011, on merits and in accordance with law, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
