Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 01.07.2015, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint it appears that the dispute is essentially between the members of the family. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in a manner known to law.
