--- COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against fair and decretal orders dated 11.02.2021 passed in E.A.Nos. 4 and 3 of 2019 in E.P.No.1794 of 2019 in O.S.No.12022 of 2010 on the file of the X Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the possession of the property in question, was also handed over to the parties concerned. Therefore, nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions.
