The petition is filed to condone the delay of 301 days in filing the above CMA.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. In view of the inordinate delay, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
