Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the Avadi Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl OP No.6774 of 2022 on 28.03.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ELUMALAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.6774 of 2022 dated 28.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer twice in a week instead of daily at 10.00 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily is modified to the effect that he shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of investigation and filing final report.
