When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respective respondents submitted in unison that this Contempt Petition can be closed in view of the subsequent development, as order dated 23.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.21974 of 2022 has been modified by an order dated 18.08.2023 of the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.2152 of 2023 .
