ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions in para no.3 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.No.46 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.27032 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27032 of 2024 by order dated 28.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.Nos.16272 of 2024 and 46 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27032 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 and 06.01.2025, respectively, is relaxed.
