The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime in Crime No.34 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent,

for the offences under Sections 363, 366 of IPC @ 366, 376 of IPC and thereafter altered under Sections @ 366 and 376 of IPC as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the 1st respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2022 and also filed a charge sheet in S.C.No.150 of 2022 before the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 09.02.2024 Index: Yes/ No rri
