ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that he has report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders Page No.1 of 4
imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2366 of 2025 by order dated 31.01.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2366 of 2025 dated 31.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 28.03.2025 Page No.2 of 4
