This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 372 days in re-presenting the above Writ Appeal.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons adduced, the delay is condoned subject to payment of Rs.1000/- to the Mediation Centre attached to this bench, within a period of two weeks. The petition is ordered.
