This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the Rejection letter of the 2nd respondent vide Ref.010600/ CRS-676/8/ 2025 dated 08.07.2025 quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reimburse medical expenses incurred by the petitioner, within a time frame as stipulated by this court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To call for the entire records pertaining to the Rejection letter of the 2nd respondent vide Ref.010600/ CRS-676/8/ 2025 dated 08.07.2025 quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reimburse medical expenses incurred by the petitioner, within a time frame as stipulated by this court"

2. Though the writ petition is filed for the aforesaid relief, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that challenging the rejection letter of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner had approached the 1st respondent who in turn forwarded the appeal to the District Level Empowerment Committee. Therefore, the District Level Empowerment Committee is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 18-03-2026 KAN
