This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the review application to review the order dated 08.09.2021 in W.P.No.18882 of 2021.

2. There is no merits in the application for review of the order though earlier private notice was permitted and the same remains unserved.

3. The order dated 08.09.2021 in W.P.No.18882 of 2021, which sought to be reviewed is a one paragraph order, which merely directs the respondents to consider the writ petitioner's representations. Therefore, I am of the view that this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is liable to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.
