PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to withdraw the lookout circular (LOC) issued by the 3rd respondent police and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to revoke the flagging /

red flagging or any other variations or cancellations of conditions or endorsements attached to the petitioners passport Bearing No. S4933744 with validity until 03.10.2028 issued by the 1st respondent and enable the petitioner to carry on the their travel peacefully. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents herein to withdraw the lookout circular (LOC) issued by the 3rd respondent police and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to revoke the flagging / red flagging or any other variations or cancellations of conditions or endorsements attached to the petitioners passport Bearing No. S4933744 with validity until 03.10.2028 issued by the 1st respondent and enable the petitioner to carry on the their travel peacefully.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that, Look out circular issued against Sakthivel namely the petitioner has been withdrawn.

3. In such circumstances, nothing survives in this petition, therefore,
