This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1176 of in Crl.O.P.No.28126 of 2023 vide order dated 30.01.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
