Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider petitioner representation dated 6.11.2014 7.5.2015 and 19.5.2015 by way of cancelling the forgery and wrong patta issued in Patta No.54 and wrong entries in the Revenue Records issued by the Revenue Authorities and issue patta in the name of the petitioner vide Document NO.3739/62 with regard to property measuring to an extent of 0.05 cents on the eastern part in Grama Nathams Survey No.2/2 (Gramanatham whole NO.2) of Madiyur Village Seemapuram Post Ponneri Taluk Tiruvallur District and bounded on the East by : House and Site in Patta Survey No.3/6 and Gramanatham 2/4 ; South by : Agricultural land belongs to Durvasulu; West by : Part of the Village vacant site in Gramanatham Survey No.2/2 and North by: Gramanatham Survey No.2/3 For Petitioner : Mr.V.Ramamurthy For Respondents : Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai Additional Government Pleader.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims that he has purchased the land admeasuring to an extent of 0.06 cents in Gramanatham Survey No.2/3 from one Sriramulu Naidu and further claims that he has also inherited a property in Survey No.2/2 of Madiyur Village, which is a house site admeasuring to an extent of 0.5 cents. The petitioner would state that he has cultivated plant and also use it as a place to store manure and is in possession and enjoyment of the same.

It is the claim of the petitioner that a vacant site admeasuring to an extent of 0.25 cents on the western side of Survey No.2/2 was not entered in the revenue records and in this regard, he has applied to the jurisdictional Surveyor on 06.11.2014 to measure the property as per the records available with him. The petitioner later on came to know that the respondents 2 and 3 had issued patta in the names of K.Chandrasekar, K.R.Durvasulu, K.Jayachandran, K.Gunasekaran and K.R.Gunasekaran and the said patta has been issued without conducting any proper enquiry and putting the petitioner on notice. In this regard, he submitted a detailed representation dated 19.05.2015 to the 3rd respondent and since no action has been taken, came forward to file this writ petition.
4. Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Ramamurthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents.

This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the 2nd respondent by enclosing a copy of the order passed in this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the representation, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same, in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks, thereafter and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
