Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter, detenue namely, Ragavi, D/o.Ramalingam, aged about 17 years before this Hon'ble Court and hand over to the detenue's father.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by T.S.Sivagnanam, J.) Heard Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepting notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. 2.This petition has been filed by the father of the detenue alleging that her daughter has been forcibly taken away by the third respondent and in spite of complaint given to the second respondent - Police, nothing has happened thus far and therefore, this habeas corpus petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the second respondent - Police, submits that the detenue has, on her own volition, gone away with the third respondent, who is a married person with two children, and the second respondent - Police will abide by the directions that may be issued by this Court.
4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we direct the second respondent - Police to secure the detenue as well as the third respondent and produce them before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore on 26.06.2020, after due intimation to the petitioner.
5.Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of and the parties shall abide by the decision, which is taken, when the parties appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate on 26.06.2020.
