ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) After making submissions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent proceedings including the sale certificate before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

Accordingly, permission is granted and the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the subsequent proceedings including the sale certificate before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in the manner known to law.
