ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent-police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, current paper enquiry has been conducted in C.Nos.P3/02416/264/SP/CBE-DIST/2026 and 37/GEN/DSP/DCB/CBE/2026 and the same has been closed as early as on 19.02.2026 and the petitioner was called only for enquiry and that the respondent-police are not harassing the petitioner.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition stands closed. It is made clear that the respondent-police shall not unnecessarily harass the petitioner. 18.03.2026 skt NCC : Yes/No 2/4
