O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.01.2015 passed by the first respondent in PSA Case No.11 of 2013.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the third respondent was expired on 03.12.2020, subsequently, the legal representatives of the third respondent have entered into settlement with the petitioner Management and have received a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- as full and final settlement. A Memo dated 30.01.2023 has been filed to that effect.

3. Recording the Memo dated 30.01.2023 and the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. The said Memo dated 30.01.2023 shall form part and parcel of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
