ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying to delete/struck off the name of the revision petitioner in G.W.O.P. No.2865 of 2021 filed against the second respondent on the file of VI Additional Family Court, Chennai. 2.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.R.Y.George Williams, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the G.W.O.P. No.2865 of 2021 on the file of VI Additional Family Court, Chennai, had already disposed of by the Trial Court, on September 23, 2024 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:- 2/4

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition No. 7168 of 2022 shall stands closed. No costs.
