exparte decree. His first wife filed I.A.No.177 of 2011, to set aside the exparte decree. But, the same was also dismissed as early as on 22.12.2011. Based on the same, the name of the first wife was removed as nominee in the Service Register of the petitioner. But, the fourth respondent who deleted the name of the first wife has failed to enter the name of the second wife as nominee. In these circumstances, the petitioner made representations dated 12.04.2013 and 31.07.2013 to include the name of the second wife as nominee. In the interregnum the petitioner has retired from service and he is now receiving pension. Since no order has been passed on the said representations till date, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, seeking to consider and pass orders on the representations submitted by him.
3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer now sought for by the petitioner, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 31.07.2013, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar rpa To
