ASHA, J., This petition is filed to receive the following documents viz., certified copy of the sale deed dated 22.05.1929 and registered as document No.31/03/1929 in SRO, Karaikal, and certified copy of the sale deed dated 31.03.1941 and registered as document No.84/14/1941 in SRO, Karaikal.

The second document which is sought to be filed is already marked as Ex.A1. That apart, there is no correlation between the first and second document. In these circumstances, no useful purpose will be served if the documents are now taken on file. Therefore, this C.M.P. is dismissed since the documents are unnecessary for the case.
